Estimates, not quotes
Freight prices, transit times, routes and customs duties in the app are estimates from public sources and tables our team maintains. They are not a quote or a commitment from any carrier or from customs. The carrier and the customs inspection set the final figures.
Tracking and document reading
Tracking comes from third-party providers and can be late or incomplete. Documents are read automatically: check the fields before relying on them.
Customs brokers
We relay your requests to independent brokers. A "verified" badge means our team checked their identity; it is not a guarantee of their work. Any agreement you make with a broker is between you and them.
Your account
You are responsible for what you enter and for keeping your password secret. Do not use the app unlawfully or to send abusive content; we may suspend accounts that do. You can delete your account at any time from "Account".
Paid credits
Tracking a sea or air shipment uses one credit per shipment. Every new account gets a limited free allowance; after that, credit packages can be bought in US dollars at the prices shown in the app at the time of purchase. Payment is made through the methods listed in the app (such as Whish Money or OMT) quoting the reference code; credits are added once the payment is confirmed, and a receipt is emailed to you. Credits are valid for 12 months from activation and are not transferable. Used credits are not refunded; a paid order that was never activated is refunded in full. Trucks, the calculators, market data and the broker directory never use credits.
Liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from relying on an estimate or on tracking information.
